Head to Airlie Beach along Shute Harbour Rd, continue driving straight through the roundabout along the Airlie Esplanade (Airlie Main St), turn right at the second roundabout into Coconut Grove, turn left at the next roundabout into Shute Harbour Rd, turn left into Port Drive, at the next roundabout head straight through. You have arrived at the Boathouse!
You’ll find the swipe access card in the locked letter box which is located outside reception to the right hand side. (when facing reception)
Then drive back around roundabout and turn left into the underground car park entrance. (Signage to parking)
Drive down towards carpark entrance and swipe card to open carpark security garage door. Park in the car space marked 117 (very first space on your right).
Take elevator in security carpark to level 1.

Airlie Beach Holiday Rentals is a small family business. Hosting is something I truly enjoy — it allows me to combine my love for travel, people, and thoughtful hospitality into something meaningful. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than knowing my guests feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
I’ve called Cannonvale home for the past few years after relocating from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and I feel incredibly lucky to live in a place as naturally stunning and peaceful as the Whitsundays. Outside of hosting, you’ll often find me out on the water exploring the 74 islands, discovering new local cafes, or enjoying a cocktail with friends as the sun goes down.
I currently manage several holiday properties, including my own, and I treat each one as if it were my own home. I take pride in the small details — whether that’s a comfy bed, a well-stocked kitchen, or local tips to help you find the best beaches, dining spots, or day tours.
My goal is always to create a space where you feel not just accommodated, but truly at ease — like you’ve found your home away from home. Whether you’re here for an adventure-filled getaway or a quiet retreat, I’m here to help make your stay smooth, special, and memorable.
